A standard shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to all orders.

All parcels are dispatched through a government-registered courier service.

Due to security reasons, full payment is required before delivery.

Customers are advised not to accept any opened or damaged parcels and to reject them at the time of delivery.

Orders placed before 04:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via registered courier. A tracking ID will be provided to track your order online.

Orders placed after 04:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders received on Sundays or Pakistan’s national holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Standard delivery time is 3–4 working days across Pakistan (no deliveries on Sundays). Delivery to remote areas or villages may take 4–5 working days.

During sale periods or promotional events, deliveries may experience delays; customers will be informed in such cases.
