SHIPPING DETAILS
Customer can avail free shipping on all the orders value Rs. 2,000 or above.
There will be standard Rs. 199 shipping charges for orders below the value of Rs. 2,000.
The parcel will be sent though a Govt Registered courier company.
Customers are supposed to pay before receiving the parcel due to security concerns.
Customer are advised not to accept any opened/damaged parcels and simply reject it at the time of delivery.
Orders placed by 04:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped same day via Registered Courier Service.
Orders received after 04:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
Orders received on Sunday and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Delivery time is usually 3 working days (No Delivery on Sunday) in all cities across Pakistan. However, delivery can take up to 4-5 days if in remote location or village.
During Sale days or promotions your orders may face a delay, but we will inform you if that happens.
